The global catering services market is outpacing post-pandemic rebound predictions, now expected to increase by USD 187.56 billion by 2024.   • Persistent growth of omnichannel ordering with approximately 50% of orders being placed online, emphasizing the enduring importance of both online and in-store ordering channels for caterers.
  • Heavy demand for Delivery of orders versus Pickup, with 74% compared to 26%, respectively.
  • Steady average customer star rating from 2021, staying at 4.8 during 2022, indicating FoodStorm retailers are continuing to deliver exceptional service while managing more orders.
