We summarise our business as constantly good catering, presented immaculately on platters and delivered to offices, meetings or events. We have a full list of our menus available online which can be easily added to a shopping cart and delivery can be organised with a simple click of a button. We offer free delivery within the CBD and also deliver to greater Sydney. Our products offer consistent quality and variety, they are cost-effective and impeccably presented.

FoodStorm allows us to capture data on purchasing trends so we can match our products to our customers, track sales, plan for deliveries and production and estimate labour and supplies. It also allows easy online ordering and provides a way for us to update our products and process payments with ease.

We considered a number of different products but could not find one which offered all the solutions which FoodStorm does to assist with our business with planning, ordering, marketing and processing payments. Online payments, maintaining a customer database and the way that our products can be aesthetically presented online are all important features to our business.

The team from FoodStorm are on call and ready to assist or investigate a solution. The set up was relatively easy and we had things up and running within a week

The initial business reaction was how good the FoodStorm page looked and that it offered consistency by matching our website. It allows us to print structured order slips, make updates to orders and look up details on the system quickly. The reporting feature speeds up our planning for scheduling, ordering and delivery logistics.

Having all details on one system speeds up the process of responding to a customer and making updates to their order. The customer can place orders themselves and make updates from their mobile device on the go.

Catering sales have increased due to its efficiency and ability for orders to be placed online however we still do offer our clients the ability to place orders over the phone as this personalised service is still in demand.

I would say that FoodStorm has offered 90% reliability since going live. There have only been a few instances when the site has been down and it has been very brief and we have been notified by FoodStorm often before even realising there was an issue. The team are very helpful talking through the system capabilities and coming up with a solution for our team quickly.

We are satisfied with the system as it suits the outcomes of our business as it offers ease in processing orders, online payments and the ability to make regular updates quickly.
